We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Practitioner in Case Management to join our dynamic team in Hackney.
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified social worker who is passionate about making a positive impact in the community.
The position offers a competitive rate of £36 per hour on an umbrella basis, and you will play a crucial role in supporting vulnerable individuals and families through complex situations.
As a Senior Practitioner, you will be responsible for
- Managing a caseload of complex cases while ensuring the highest standards of practice.
- Conducting assessments and developing tailored care plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
- Providing supervision and support to junior staff and students, fostering a culture of learning and development.
- Collaborating with multi-agency teams to ensure integrated service delivery.
- Maintaining accurate and timely records in accordance with local policies and procedures.
- The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Significant experience in social work, particularly in case management within a statutory setting.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
