We are seeking an experienced social worker who is passionate about safeguarding children and enhancing their well-being. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supervising a team of social workers, providing guidance and support in complex case management.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, CQSW).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Significant experience in child protection and safeguarding.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
