Join Hampshire's Children's Services as a Social Worker or Senior Social Worker and play a key role in delivering high‑quality, relationship‑based support to children and families across Hampshire. Hart & Rushmoor are seeking a Family Help Hub Social Worker to support children and families using restorative and trauma‑informed practice. You will contribute to multi‑agency plans and provide timely, impactful interventions.
Responsibilities- Provide direct support to children and families to reduce risk and strengthen family networks
- Work collaboratively with partner agencies to ensure coordinated help and timely interventions
- Complete high‑quality assessments and plans that reflect the needs and voices of children
- Bring a trauma‑informed, restorative approach to practice
- Contribute to a dynamic, supportive, and reflective team environment
- SWE‑registered Social Worker with experience in children's services or early help settings
- A minimum of 3 years post‑qualifying experience gained through permanent employment within an English Local Authority Children's Services, in line with DfE agency worker guidance.
- Strong assessment, communication, and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to work proactively and creatively with families
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting positive outcomes
Pay: £38 per hour
