Assistant Team Manager | Family Help Hub | Hampshire | £42 per Hour Caritas Recruitment is recruiting for experienced Assistant Team Managers to join Hampshire Children's Services Family Help Hubs. Opportunities are available in Fareham & Gosport and East Hants (covering multiple Family Help Teams across the district). This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced senior practitioners or existing managers looking to support frontline delivery and practice improvement. Key Responsibilities: Support the Team Manager with day-to-day operational leadership. Provide case oversight and quality assurance. Support supervision, mentoring and development of Social Workers. Assist with service performance and practice standards. Support allocation and management of complex safeguarding cases. Promote excellent outcomes for children and families.
