Caritas Futures is partnering with a national charity to recruit two experienced Family Support Practitioners for temp-to-perm contracts. Join a revolutionary new service as part of a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to supporting whole families holistically, improving their mental health and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities: Develop relationships with professionals across various organisations and service providers. Enhance emotional and mental health support to increase family resilience and empower self-management of mental health. Engage creatively with all family members and local organisations to develop partnerships and encourage participation in therapeutic activities.Requirements: Level 5 qualificationin Social Work, Nursing, Teaching, Youth Work, Counselling, Psychology, or a related field. Experience working with and advocating for families with complex needs. Strong community outreach and multi-disciplinary working skills. Passionate about improving outcomes for children and families. Exceptional assessment skills, including risk assessment. Valid driving licence and access to a car for travel across the county.
