Join our dedicated Mental Health Team in Enfield as a Social Worker, where you will play a vital role in supporting individuals facing mental health challenges. Your expertise will contribute to improving the quality of life for clients by providing comprehensive assessments, interventions, and ongoing support. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and community services, to ensure a holistic approach to mental health care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs and developing tailored care plans.
  • Providing therapeutic interventions and support to individuals and their families.
  • Facilitating access to relevant services and resources, including housing, employment, and social support.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and outcomes.
  • Participating in regular team meetings and case reviews to enhance service delivery.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized degree in Social Work and current registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working within a mental health setting, preferably with adults.
  • Strong assessment, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in mental health care.
