Ealing Council is urgently seeking experienced Social Workers to join its Assessment & Intervention Service. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy frontline team where your skills and expertise will make a real difference to children and families. Due to significant demand, the service is looking to appoint at least six Social Workers, with interviews being arranged on an expedited basis for suitable candidates. Key Details Assessment & Intervention Service Minimum of 2 days per week in the office During duty weeks, attendance increases to 5 days per week in the office Duty weeks are currently 1 in every 4 weeks, reducing to 1 in every 5 weeks once vacancies are filled Urgent interviews available for suitable applicants About You To be considered, you will: Be a qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England Have experience working within Children's Services, ideally in Assessment, Safeguarding, Child Protection, or Frontline teams Be confident managing complex caseloads and statutory responsibilities Demonstrate strong assessment, planning, and relationship-building skills Have the Right to Work in the UKThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive local authority that is actively investing in strengthening its workforce and reducing pressures across the service.
