Join our dedicated MAST Team in Ealing as a Senior Social Worker and make a significant impact in the lives of children and families.
We are offering a competitive rate of £39.04 per hour on an Umbrella basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of complex cases, providing expert assessments, and delivering high-quality interventions to support vulnerable individuals and families in our community.
Your key responsibilities will include
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored care plans.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
- Providing supervision and support to junior staff and students.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Participating in court proceedings and providing expert testimony when necessary.
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A relevant social work qualification (e. g., Degree in Social Work, Dip SW, or equivalent).
- Current Social Work England registration.
- Significant experience in children’s social work, particularly within a MAST framework.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
