Join our dedicated Children's Transition Team in Dudley as a Qualified Social Worker, where you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people during critical transition periods. To be successful in this role, you will need the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with children and families, particularly in transition settings.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to develop effective support strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trusting relationships.
