We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker specializing in Adult Safeguarding to join our team in Doncaster. This role is vital in ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable adults within our community. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of individuals, developing tailored care plans, and coordinating support services to empower clients and promote their independence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of adults at risk of abuse or neglect.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
