Adult's SW - Safeguarding Team - City of Doncaster

The City of Doncaster is seeking a dedicated and passionate Adult's Social Worker to join our Safeguarding Team. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at risk, providing high-quality assessments and interventions in line with safeguarding policies and procedures.

As an Adult's Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals' needs and risks.
• Developing and implementing safeguarding plans in collaboration with service users and stakeholders.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
• Providing advice and support to individuals, families, and carers.
• Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to strategic safeguarding initiatives.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

• A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
• Registration with Social Work England.
• Proven experience in adult safeguarding and working with vulnerable populations.
• Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to collaborative working.
