We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Social Work Hospital Team in West Sussex. This role is pivotal in providing high-quality social care to adults within a hospital setting, ensuring that individuals receive the support they need during critical times. Key responsibilities and duties include:

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
