Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized degree in Social Work and current registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in mental health social work, preferably within a community setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Knowledge of mental health legislation and best practices in social work.
  • Empathy, resilience, and the capacity to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
