Senior Practitioner - CP / CIN Team - Coventry

• Developing and implementing effective care plans in partnership with families and other professionals.

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications and skills:

• A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
• Registration with Social Work England.
• Significant post-qualification experience in child protection and working with children in need.
• Strong assessment and analytical skills, with a proven ability to make sound judgments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with families and professionals.
