We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Assessment Team in Coventry. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments of adults in need of support, ensuring they receive the appropriate services tailored to their individual circumstances. Your expertise will contribute to the well-being and safety of vulnerable adults, making a significant impact in our community.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough assessments of clients’ needs and risks, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Developing and implementing person-centered care plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
- Working closely with multi-disciplinary teams to facilitate effective service delivery.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in line with organizational policies.
- Providing guidance and support to less experienced team members and participating in training initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., DipSW, CQSW, CSS, or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in adult social work, particularly in assessment and care planning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse client groups.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload.
