About the Role

  • Manage a diverse caseload of CIN and CP cases
  • Complete high-quality assessments and develop effective, outcome-focused plans
  • Work collaboratively with families, partners, and other professionals
  • Deliver impactful interventions that promote stability and resilience
  • Contribute to Brent's commitment to child-centred, evidence-informed practice
  • Receive regular supervision, reflective spaces, and strong CPD support

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years' PQE plus completed ASYE
  • Strong background working within Family Support
  • SWE-registered qualified Social Worker (DipSW/CQSW/BA/MA Social Work)
  • Skilled in managing risk and making evidence-based decisions
  • Passionate about achieving the best outcomes for children and families
