About the Role
- Manage a diverse caseload of CIN and CP cases
- Complete high-quality assessments and develop effective, outcome-focused plans
- Work collaboratively with families, partners, and other professionals
- Deliver impactful interventions that promote stability and resilience
- Contribute to Brent's commitment to child-centred, evidence-informed practice
- Receive regular supervision, reflective spaces, and strong CPD support
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years' PQE plus completed ASYE
- Strong background working within Family Support
- SWE-registered qualified Social Worker (DipSW/CQSW/BA/MA Social Work)
- Skilled in managing risk and making evidence-based decisions
- Passionate about achieving the best outcomes for children and families
