Caritas Recruitment is working in partnership with Cafcass to recruit 3 Agency Family Court Advisers (FCA) on a temporary basis to support a defined task/project. These roles will be based from Bournemouth or Portsmouth offices, covering Hampshire & Dorset, with hybrid working arrangements.

- Pay Rate: £40 per hour
- Contract: Temporary (Task/Project)
- Hours: 37 hours per week
The Role
As an Agency FCA, you will:
- Provide high-quality case analysis through Court reports, making clear and robust recommendations to the Court in private law proceedings
- Engage directly with children and families, ensuring the child's needs, wishes and feelings are central to all work
- Demonstrate expertise in safeguarding, child engagement, inter-agency working, case planning, and accurate recording
- Work confidently with parents, relatives, local authorities, and the Courts
- Prepare and present oral evidence in Court when required
