The London Borough of Haringey is seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's Safeguarding Team. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments and developing care plans for children in need.

- Managing a caseload of complex cases, providing support and intervention as necessary.
- Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to child protection conferences.
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with legislation and local policies.
The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience in children's safeguarding and working with vulnerable families.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
