As a Team Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the kinship assessment process, ensuring compliance with local and national guidelines.
- Supervising and supporting a team of social workers, providing guidance and fostering professional development.
- Collaborating with external agencies, stakeholders, and families to facilitate effective communication and service delivery.
- Conducting complex assessments and making informed recommendations regarding placements.
- Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports for court proceedings and case reviews.
The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
