We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Social Worker who is passionate about safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with families, schools, and other professionals to deliver effective interventions and support plans tailored to the unique needs of each child.
Your key responsibilities will include
- Conducting assessments and developing intervention plans for children and families in need.
- Implementing and reviewing care plans to ensure the best outcomes for children.
- Working closely with multi-agency teams to coordinate support services.
- Providing support and guidance to families to enhance parenting skills and family dynamics.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with statutory requirements.
- To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience in children's social work, particularly in intervention and planning.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound judgments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate families.
