Join our dynamic Assessment Team at Achieving for Children as a Children’s Social Worker, where you will play a vital role in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. In this position, you will conduct assessments, develop care plans, and work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to ensure the best outcomes for children and their families. Your key responsibilities will include:
