Join Hampshire's Children's Services as a Social Worker or Senior Social Worker and play a key role in delivering high‑quality, relationship-based support to children and families across Hampshire. Hart & Rushmoor are seeking a Family Help Hub Social Worker to support children and families using restorative and trauma‑informed practice. You will contribute to multi‑agency plans and provide timely, impactful interventions.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a progressive service focused on early help, meaningful intervention, and improving outcomes through strength-based practice. In this role, you will:
- Provide direct support to children and families to reduce risk and strengthen family networks
- Work collaboratively with partner agencies to ensure coordinated help and timely interventions
- Complete high‑quality assessments and plans that reflect the needs and voices of children
- Bring a trauma‑informed, restorative approach to practice
- Contribute to a dynamic, supportive, and reflective team environment
What we are looking for:
- SWE-registered Social Worker with experience in children's services or early help settings
- A minimum of 3 years post‑qualifying experience gained through permanent employment within an English Local Authority Children's Services, in line with DfE agency worker guidance.
- Strong assessment, communication, and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to work proactively and creatively with families
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting positive outcomes
Pay: £38 per hour
Location: Hart & Rushmoor, Hampshire
