Are you an experienced and proactive Social Worker looking for your next locum opportunity? My Client is currently recruiting for a Duty & Assessment Social Worker to join a busy and supportive team in Stoke-on-Trent, offering a competitive rate of £33.30 per hour.
The Role
- Undertake Child & Family Assessments
- Manage a varied and fast-paced caseload
- Complete Section 47 investigations
- Work closely with partner agencies to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children
- Make timely and effective decisions in line with statutory guidance
Requirements
- Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
- Proven experience within Duty & Assessment / Front Door services
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
