Responsibilities
- Conducting child assessments and evaluations in line with statutory requirements.
- Developing and implementing tailored care plans that address the unique needs of each child and family.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including health professionals, educators, and community organizations to provide holistic support.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in accordance with local policies and procedures.
- Participating in team meetings, supervision sessions, and training to enhance your professional development.
Qualifications
- A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience working with children and families in a social work capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, safeguarding policies, and best practices in social work.
