We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Emotional Health & Wellbeing Practitioner to join a trauma-informed, early intervention service supporting young people affected by recent adverse experiences.

As a Wellbeing Practitioner, you’ll be part of a diverse team of professionals and volunteers, working together to provide timely, targeted support to children and young people aged 0-25. Using a range of creative and therapeutic approaches, the service focuses on emotional recovery, building personal resilience, and empowering young people to manage their own mental health and wellbeing.
Location: Covering Shropshire
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver 1:1 emotional wellbeing sessions using a youth-centred, trauma-informed approach
* Provide early help support aimed at improving emotional health and building resilience
* Working in schools and drop in’s
* Work collaboratively with professionals across multiple agencies
* Empower young people to take control of their own mental health xiskglj journey
What We’re Looking For:
* A current DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
* A valid driver’s license and access to a car
* Previous experience in roles related to mental health, emotional wellbeing, or youth support
* A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable young people through challenging times
