We are offering an umbrella position at a competitive rate of £288 per day.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, welfare, and development of children in care, working collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for vulnerable young people.
Your key responsibilities will include
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Building trusting relationships with children, families, and other professionals to support their emotional and social development.
