We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Assessment Team in Cambridgeshire, focusing on children's services. In this vital role, you will work collaboratively with families, children, and external agencies to assess needs, formulate care plans, and ensure the safety and well-being of vulnerable children. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and their families to identify needs and risks.
• Developing and implementing effective care plans in collaboration with families and multi-agency partners.
• Providing ongoing support and intervention, ensuring the best outcomes for children.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and case progress.
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of social work practices.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
• Registration with Social Work England (or equivalent regulatory body).
• Experience working in a children's social work setting, particularly in assessment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload.
