Are you a dedicated social worker with a passion for safeguarding vulnerable adults? The London Borough of Bromley is seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Safeguarding Team. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals in our community while working within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Conducting assessments and developing care plans to ensure the safety and well-being of vulnerable adults.
- Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies to provide comprehensive support services.

Qualifications
