About the Role
This role is for an experienced Child Protection Social Worker within the North Bristol area. You will play a pivotal role in supporting children and families across Children in Need (CiN), Child Protection (CP) and Court proceedings.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertaking statutory duties for children and families in need or at risk of harm
- Managing complex caseloads across CiN, CP and Court work
- Working collaboratively with families to meet assessed needs and support robust safety planning
- Facilitating meaningful change and implementing permanence plans when required
- Working in partnership with multi-agency professionals
- Driving positive, sustainable outcomes for children and families
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Social Worker with significant post-qualifying experience in Child Protection
- Driver with access to a car
- Able to work on-site
