Caritas Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our Leaving Care Team in Bolton on a temporary basis, offering a competitive hourly rate.

You will support young people as they transition to independent living, conducting assessments and developing tailored care plans.

You will collaborate with agencies, monitor progress, and advocate for young people to ensure their voices are heard.

Registration with Social Work England and a recognized BA/MA in Social Work are essential.
