Children's Team Manager - Assessment Team - Bolton

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Children's Team Manager to lead our Assessment Team in Bolton. This pivotal role involves overseeing the assessment processes for children and families, ensuring their needs are met effectively and compassionately. As a key member of our social work leadership team, you will be responsible for the supervision and development of social workers, promoting best practices and compliance with statutory requirements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and supporting a team of qualified social workers in conducting assessments and interventions.
