Key responsibilities include:

  • Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to facilitate smooth adoption processes.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., "Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent").
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in children's social work, particularly in adoption or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
