As a Social Worker in Adult Safeguarding, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments and developing care plans for adults at risk.
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support.
- Investigating safeguarding concerns and implementing necessary interventions.
- Providing guidance and support to individuals and their families.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Experience in adult safeguarding and working with vulnerable populations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a varied caseload effectively.
