Senior Practitioner - Child in Care - Birmingham

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Practitioner - Child in Care to join our dynamic team in Birmingham. In this role, you will lead and support a team of social workers, driving high-quality care and safeguarding practices while ensuring compliance with legislation and local policies.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of children in care, conducting assessments, and developing effective care plans.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

• A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
• Registration with Social Work England.
• Significant experience in child protection and working with children in care.
