We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our Unaccompanied Asylum‑Seeking Children (UASC) Team in Birmingham. This vital role involves providing high-quality support and guidance to unaccompanied minors, ensuring their safety and well‑being while facilitating their integration into the local community. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, social workers, and external agencies to deliver tailored care plans that meet the unique needs of each child.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading assessments and reviews for unaccompanied minors, ensuring compliance with local and national policies.
  • Providing expert advice and support to social workers and other team members in complex case management.
