Supervising Social Worker | Fostering Team | Buckinghamshire | £38 per Hour Caritas Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Supervising Social Worker to join Buckinghamshire's Fostering Service. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive fostering team, providing guidance, supervision and support to foster carers while helping to achieve the best possible outcomes for children in care. Key Responsibilities: Provide supervision, support and development to foster carers. Undertake annual reviews, risk assessments and fostering-related visits. Support carers to meet the needs of children and young people in placement. Work collaboratively with children's social workers and partner agencies. Contribute to foster carer recruitment, training and retention activities. Ensure safeguarding concerns are appropriately managed and addressed. Requirements: Social Work England Registration. Experience within Fostering, Children's Safeguarding or Looked After Children's Services. Knowledge of fostering regulations, standards and legislation.
