We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to join our Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) Team in Buckinghamshire.

As a Social Worker in the MASH Team, you will be responsible for
- Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks.
- Collaborating with various agencies to ensure comprehensive safeguarding measures are in place.
- Providing guidance and support to families, helping them access necessary services.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
- Participating in strategy meetings and contributing to the development of effective intervention plans.
- The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized Social Work qualification (e. g., CQSW, Dip SW, or equivalent).
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Experience working within a MASH or similar safeguarding environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working collaboratively.
