Audit and Review Case Officer Lead | Swindon Council Job description The Lead Audit and Review Case Officer Lead must be an Experienced SEND Lead with proven track record. 1.Establish where we are with EHC needs assessments, quality of EHC Plans and annual reviews within the first month- 2. Identify gaps in practice for individual child/young person and make recommendations for improvement. 3.To report to the SEND Improvement lead weekly. 4.Be prepared to present to panels as required (e.g.High Cost Panel or Preparing for Adulthood Panel) 5. Able to take on complex casework if required to resolve child/young persons plan for going forward. 6.They have to be use the Synergy system and if not experienced in this be trained in Swindon to use this. Working arrangements: Hybrid-In the office at least two days a week 9 to 5 (has to be Tues. Wed. Thurs) Initial contract-3 months. At least 4 days a week.
