Are you a Qualified Social Worker with SWE registration seeking a rewarding opportunity with Cafcass? We are recruiting for two Agency Family Court Advisor (FCA) roles - one supporting Work After First Hearing (WAFH) in Private and Public Law, and one supporting Work to First Hearing (WTFH) in Private Law. Both roles are based from Chelmsford or Norwich and offer the chance to make a real impact for children and families.
You will join a diverse, supportive team, working on high-profile court social work cases and supporting families through complex legal processes. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds to reflect the communities we serve.
Essential Criteria:
- Qualified Social Worker
- SWE registered
- Enhanced DBS (within 12 months)
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
Desirable:
- 3 years post-qualifying experience
