Agency Family Court Adviser – Work to First Hearing, Cafcass |Leicester, Lincoln or Peterborough\\n\\nPay: £33ph\\n Hours: 37 per week\\n\\nCaritas Recruitment, on behalf of Cafcass, is looking for an experienced Children's Social Worker to join as an Agency Family Court Adviser (FCA) within the Private Law teams.\\n\\nThe Role\\n\\nYou will:\\n\\nCarry out assessments and work directly with children to ensure their wishes and feelings are heard and represented in court.\\n\\nApply your expertise in risk assessment and mediation to support safe, child-focused outcomes.\\n\\nAdvocate for arrangements that prioritise the best interests of the child.\\n\\nManage a demanding caseload with independence, resilience, and strong organisational skills.\\n\\nRequirements\\n\\nQualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.\\n\\nIdeally 3+ years' experience in children & families social work.\\n\\nExperience in Family Court proceedings and knowledge of Public Law.\\n\\nAbility to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively.\\n\\nThis is a rewarding opportunity to make a tangible difference to children and families while working with a highly respected national organisation.\\n\\n💡 Referral bonus: Know someone perfect for this role?
