We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Social Work - Mental Health Team in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC).
This dynamic role is ideal for professionals who are committed to improving the lives of adults experiencing mental health challenges.
You will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services, conducting assessments, and developing care plans tailored to individual needs.
Your key responsibilities will include
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients’ needs, strengths, and risks.
- Creating and implementing personalized care plans in collaboration with clients and other professionals.
- Providing ongoing support and advocacy to clients, ensuring their rights and wellbeing are prioritized.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers, to deliver integrated care.
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of casework and interventions.
Qualifications and skills required
- A recognized Social Work qualification (e. g., Degree in Social Work, Dip SW, or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in adult social work, specifically within mental health settings.
- Strong assessment, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
