The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

This role is based in a rehab unit in Portsmouth and you will need to have experience of working in a hospital setting. The unit is short stay and all work is short term.

You will be working as part of the wider multidisciplinary team, attending board rounds and MDTs, completing assessments in accordance with the Care Act and Mental Capacity Act.

You will need to be able to work at pace whilst maintaining good quality assessments and recording.

You will be part of the Adults Intermediate Care Team and receive regular supervision, be required to attend team meetings and reflective whole team sessions.
