To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in adult social work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
