Adults Social Worker | Preparing for Adulthood Team (Transitions) | Richmond & Wandsworth Council\\n Rate: Up to £32 per hour (umbrella) | Hybrid working | 36 hours per week\\n\\nCaritas Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Adults Social Worker to join Wandsworth Council's Preparing for Adulthood (Transitions) Team.\\n\\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified professional passionate about supporting young people as they transition into adulthood, helping them achieve independence and positive outcomes.
