Qualified Adults Social Worker | Short Term Assessment & Reablement Team | Chesterfield Qualified Adults Social Worker / Social Work Professional required to join a Short Term Assessment & Reablement team Hybrid working Office base: Chesterfield You must have a social work qualification and full SWE registration as well as relevant experience to be considered Looking for someone who works well in short term teams & who has extensive safeguarding experience / knowledge Pay rate: Up to £35phTo be considered, it is essential that you have a recognised Social Work qualification (Social Work Degree or Diploma in Social Work) and full Social Work England registration as well as recent or significant relevant experience in a similar role.
