Adult's OT - Derbyshire

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in Derbyshire. • Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' physical, emotional, and social needs.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate recovery and rehabilitation.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Providing education and support to clients and their families regarding treatment options and strategies for daily living.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

• A degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
• Proven experience in adult occupational therapy, preferably in a community or rehabilitation setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
