Worcestershire County Council is seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's Independent Reviewing Officer (IRO) to join our dynamic team in the Qualified Social Work field. The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Proven experience working with children and families within a statutory environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with children and young people effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
