We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Social Worker to join our Long Term Team in Warwickshire. The role offers a competitive rate of £38 per hour (umbrella) and provides the chance to work with a supportive team focused on delivering high-quality social care services.
As a Senior Social Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a caseload of complex cases involving children and families.
- Conducting assessments and developing care plans in line with legislation and best practices.
- Providing supervision and support to junior staff and students.
- Collaborating with multi-agency teams to ensure effective service delivery.
- Maintaining accurate case records and documentation in accordance with policy.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Significant experience in child protection and safeguarding.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
