- Registration with Social Work England.
- Significant post-qualification experience, particularly within a LAC or child protection setting.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills, with a proven ability to manage complex cases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse groups.
