We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our Integrated Learning Disabilities (LD) Team in Hackney. In this pivotal role, you will lead and support a multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading assessments and developing care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and other professionals.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A relevant degree in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or a related field.
- Registered with the appropriate professional body (e.g., HCPC).

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
